Growing Pains

My precious, hilarious niece, Gracey, turned 6 last week and had a birthday party. When I called to ask what she was doing for the big day she said, "eating meatballs and rollerskatin." How cute!! Since moving away from home, I've missed just about every birthday party for all 4 nieces and 1 nephew. It's times like this that I really miss home and wish we lived closer to our family. It's so tough watching them grow through pictures.

Wow! Letting this sink in a bit.

I could go on and on about how much we love this place and this assignment but I won't right now. I just hope the friends we've made here feel loved, and I pray they know how much they've blessed our lives! Thankfully, we won't be too far away :)
